James “Jadie” Hatcher serves as a Realtor for VIP Realty, specializing in large acreage properties and income producing bank owned assets throughout North East Georgia as well as the Southeastern United States.  

Hatcher has been involved as a principal in projects totaling $37,000,000 since 2000. Hatcher has also developed both residential and commercial properties during his career. This unique experience as both a developer and investor uniquely qualifies him to assist those looking for self-experienced advice when evaluating an investment opportunity.

Hatcher has held a Georgia Real Estate Sales Associate License since 2002. In addition

to this license Hatcher holds both an Alabama and Georgia Residential Light Commercial

Builders License. After obtaining his Bachelors degree in Real Estate from the University

of Georgia, Hatcher has owned a real estate development and construction business as

well as an 18 Hole Golf Course in Montgomery Al.

A resident of Gainesville, Georgia, Hatcher is actively involved in the Gainesville

community. Hatcher has been the Secretary of the Gainesville Jaycees for two

consecutive years, executive vice president of membership in 2010 and a member of the Board of Directors for four years.

Hatcher has ties to the Cleveland, Georgia community through multiple business ventures including Cleveland Builders Supply and Georgia Mountain Air Development.  Hatcher completed the White County Leadership program in 2001 and is currently a board member for the White County Chamber of Commerce.

Hatcher and his wife Lindsay currently reside in Gainesville, GA and welcomed their first child, Poppi Maeve, to their family on August 25th.  Along with Poppi Maeve and their two dogs, Buddy and Ella, they hope to relocate back to White County within the year.
